Is lottery or lotto common in your place? Do you participate in any lotto? Have you won any prize or money? If yeas, what did you do with your winnings? If not, Do you wish that one day you can win the jackpot? The jackpot for the 6/49 lotto draw last thursday was around 132 million pesos. I bought a ticket hoping that I could win the jackpot, but unluckily only one among 6 numbers in my ticket was drawn, but fortunately there was no winner. There is still hope for the next draw to win the jackpot. Do you also bet in lottery or you don't patronize it. Why?

Hi joyce! I don't play the lottery! I just don't think that I would win! Most of my friends play especially now that the lottery is a really huge one! I have played a few times when I was working and we all participated in a "lottery pool"! My boyfriend plays all the time! He is addicted! He really believes he is destined to win! So I just let him buy his tickets and dream! I told him that if I did win a huge amount of money I would end up having a heart attack and die so what good would it do me!lol

That's the problem joyce...I do not have so much luck in it, I have been playing for years and years. I try not to count all the money I've lost from playing the lottery. Else I would just feel bad about it, After some time, I realized I may never win form it, I just simply gave up!

Hello joyce, How I wish I am the lucky winner to win for any lottery or jackpot. But honestly speaking, I know it is so hard to win a lottery, hence I seldom buy lottery. But still I will buy lottery once in a while, hoping to be the winner to win the prize! For my opinion, people should not go too addict on buying lottery. One should know the chance to get win a lottery or jackpot is so hard, hence I advice people not to spend to much hard earn money in buying lottery. It is better to save the money and not to use up the money on buying lottery . May I just ask you will you buy the lottery again since there is still no winner on the jackpot of 132 million peso? The prize is indeed attractive.

I buy a powerball ticket. I know that many people say you are throwing your money away when you buy these things but I always say that it don't hurt to dream. I only spend $1 each time but I have the same chance of winning that others do so why not try. It does not hurt to dream a little and think about what you would do with the money. I have seen shows about the powerball curse and how it has ruined peoples lives and I couldn't believe the things that money did to some of these people but there were others that it totally changed their lives for the good and they never changed who they were or what they believed in so I am all for trying to see if I can improve my life. I think as long as you do it within reason then you are just fine and not hurting anyone. Everyone has dreams and why not try to see them come true!!

the 150 million peso 6/49 winner is a driver and got his money last monday as far as I remember. I do bet on Lotto, I won on EZ2 for two consequetive years 2007 and 2008 on the number 9-5. Only two thousand pesos because I make it rumble. About your question, of course, I have many dreams, and those dreams requires money. When I win a million all of my dreams will do come true so I want to win it. Hopefully we can win before the year ends lOl.

Of course everyone would love to win a lottery. It would be a dream for anyone. To have all that money so you wouldn't have to work. So you could other things you like to do, like volunteer work, without worrying about money. I play one lotto game here in Canada and it is 6/49 lotto also. Ours goes from one million dollars and sometimes up to 50 million dollars and more. I don't have much luck and rarely even win 5 dollars. It costs me 5 dollars to play every week. It runs twice a week but I can't afford to play it twice a week so I only play it once. My grandmother won a lottery about 30 years ago that the jackpot was half a million dollars and she won it by herself. It enabled her and my grandfather to retire, comfortably. I also had a childhood friend that his mother won 500 hundred thousand dollars and her kids were all adults by then and so she gave each of them 50 thousand dollars. She had three kids. It really helped them all to buy a house.

Oh, heavens yes. Don't we all dream (if only for a second of "what if")of that! Never say never, but it will never happen. I come from a long line of hard workers. We work for everything we earn. That is just the way it is always gonna be. I am sure I will work til I die. And if I won the lotto, I would quit working and travel again!! I do buy a lotto ticket once in awhile, but not a lot or often. Just for fun once in awhile. I am not a big gambler.

Of course I would like to win the lotto! I play, but not regularly, because I know that my chances are small. If I did win, I would travel a bit, then I would quit my job and become a professional student! I would love to be able to go to school and take different classes all the time and not have to worry about the bills. (student life is hard!)

Hey, To tell you the truth, I have always wanted to win the lottery when I was younger. But now I realize that if I were to win the lottery, I might change as a person, for worse. I might treat everyone worse, because they don't have as much money as me. So now I don't want to win the lottery, I would rather live like an ordinary person. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I think everyone would love to win the lottery. The chances of any of us actually ever winning is very very small. This puts a lot of people off and they dont even try. I play usually, i always think the one week i dont play will be the one week all my numbers come up and i will be extremly mad lol. I have never won anymore than £10, but hopefully i will win more than that one day I would spend my money firstly buying myself a few things. Maybe a car or a house (or both is i won enough lol!) and then i would plan a round the world trip because thats something i really want to do. I would also put some money in a savings account so that it could be there for my kids or family. And then i would give some money to charity's to help them out and maybe some close friends if they were struggling, or i would buy them something they have always wanted or plan something amazing for them and my family

You're right, everyone would love to win the jackpot, but the chances of winning is very very small. But there's no harm in hoping . I only buy lotto ticket if the jackpot is a very big amount, hoping one day i could win. I share your opinion on where and what will I do with the winnings, just in case i win, i'll also do what you mentioned. I appreciated your time for responding here.

I would definatley like to win the lottery, no matter how small the prize I always play the same numbers each week in the Saturday night draw as the numbers are all made up of dates that are special to me, birthdays and whatnot. It costs me £1 each Saturday and tonights jackpot is £7,000,000, im hoping that i might win a fraction of that since i havent won anything in a long time, the most ive won is around £40, not much but better than nothing

I think its everyone's dream.... I dont actually go and buy a lottery ticket because I dont believe in it, but my husband buys tickets every now and then, and its a craze here, if you win the jackpot, you can actually survive without working for generations to come... and though I dont buy it I will ask my husband about the outcome and did we win anything, and expecting that one day he will say yeah we won something, but till now we havent..... good luck to you also....

People play the lottery where I am from. I have never played it, but I always wish that I could win the lottery. Guess I will have to start playing it first so that I could have the same slim chance to win that everyone else does.

i must say the lottery is very common here, they around me often go to buy it, but brankly i never buy any lottery. i feel i'm not the kind with risking spirit, also not the kind to base everything on the luck.
