I have found a book about this subject and what's most curious about it is that I actually tried to concentrate a few moments, a couple of times and surprise!, I felt something strange, or let's say I became more calm after doing that. However, meditation isn't enough because if you want this to work you have to clear your mind frequently, you need to know specific formulas. I have read that mantras are not necessarily secret formulas, a prayer can be also considered a mantra, a very powerfull one. Especially when you concentrate for longer time, and you sincerely free your mind of all wicked thoughts.

Humm, I've heard of mantras before. i wonder if it's a wicked thought when you pray that your sister will break up with someone that you don't think is right for her. We all want the best for our family member right? Well as least most of us do. Anyhow I said a prayer to God to change things between my sister and this guy she'd been seeing and lo and behold I heard that they had broken up. So just maybe God heard and answered my prayer. But now I'm just praying that God will keep this fellow away from my sister for good. I do not like her being involved with him not one little bit. I have already let her know that i don't think he's the right one for her. As for Mantras, I don't know what it was that you were over there speaking out during your time of meditation to make you feel something Sanziana but you should probably be speaking to God and to his holy Spirit. You could possibly be opening up a door to the spirit world that you might not be able to close. Where did you happen to find this book at? I'm just curious?

I do believe in mantras. They are forms of meditation or prayer. Their effects are always profound and they can instantly put you in a peaceful state. i don't read but i do listen to audiobooks that will easily assist and guide me with the meditation.

Meditation, yes...Uhm, it's difficult to concentrate. I am still trying to work at this part, it's a tough task for me, considering that I don't have too much time for this and those rare moments when I do have time, I'm too tired to meditate. I can't focus on one single that's it.

I not only believe in mantras but have experienced the power of Mantras. I have however, only used them for doing good to others and to myself. They work. Though mantras could be used to wreck destruction on others, and perhaps would work more readily than the other way round, it is not advisable, because you will be caught in a karmic tangle in that you need to come back to bear the brunt of what you did.

Hi..I do believe in mantras.Being an Indian I am used to a lot of mantras. It does provide you peace of mind..satisfaction and overall changed complexion and attitude. Even prayers done with utmost devotion, pure heart and enormous concentration will return you the same consequences... Cheers!!!
