Breastfeeding: From the heart or for not feeling guilty?

I choose to open this discussion because what I see in general isn't such a wonderful world, like Louis Armstrong said in his famous song. Unfortunately, the number of women who refuse to breastfeeding is increasing and this seems to me very sad and unfair situation. I know many women who simply reject from the very beggining this idea, while others do it somehow, because they heard that this is how it's got to be etc. Some of the reasons that many women invoke are!: " I don't want to become ugly, I need to be on a diet because I'm too fat and of course, for being able to do so I must interrupt breastfeeding, I want to be sexy for my boyfriend/husband again, I want my breasts to be beautiful like before giving birth, and so on. Wow...this is hallucinating. I really feel sorry for those little angels. I had the chance to breastfeed my baby only for six weeks because afterwards I had some complications. And, guess what? That was the most beautiful period of my entire life! I regret not having the opportunity to do that for a longer period of time. Those were precious moments, I'll remember them until the day that I'll be nothing else but dust.
