RichPTC, Is it legit or not?

Hello mylotters friend! I am back but not actually left mylot just busy some other things. And i found a new website RichPTC, have you been a member with this site? They are paying $1 per click. Please tell me something you know, is it legit or not? Thank you for your responses.

Have you read their TOS completely? They said whatever money your earning is estimated and when pay they will convert it into actual value. As of now I didnt get any payout from them(Now I am 800th dollar- 200 more to go for cashout).
