Most people are aware than physical conditioning and fitness has a direct correllation to human longevity (how long a person will live) Armed with that piece of information, you would think that the fitness studios and gyms around the world would be mobbed with people in the shank portion of their lives and a steep downhill decline no longer on the far horizon but just before us on the road of life. You would be wrong if that was what you would think! I am 34 years old, I have 4 children, and for the momenth I hav ecomplete buns of steel and a physique that most women dream of having but in my age group so few do actually attain the dream. Why is that? Do you exercise on a regular basis? What kind of workouts do you do? Do you workout with friends, your partner, a trainer, or by yourself? My two main alternative fitness workouts which I engage in on a daily basis are Pole dancing for fitness, and bellydancing for fitness. I installed a pole outside in my yard in mid March and since then I have removed all of the cellulite from the backs of my thighs and buttocks. I have firmed and toned my entire body. My chest and bust have grown over three inches, my shoulders have broadened and my waist has slimmed since I started working out again. I love it, I even have a website, a blog, an Amazon affiliate store stocked with poles and fitness wear ina additon to videos, books, and tips on pole dance for fitness, and even a you tube channel all about pole dancing for fitness, fun, and reconnecting with yur femininity. I gotta say it is pretty cool to be able to just give out my channel web address and when people say "What's on there?" I can smile and say, oh that is just my you tube channel. Here is the channel address if you are interested in seeing if I am any good at this or why do I think that I am interesting enough to start my own channel. http://www.youtube.com/synnisin my most recent video is always cued up as the default when you go to the channel and all you have to do is hit play. Enjoyu! I certainly did.

I run on a regular basis. Running not only helps in the whole fitness and stress thing- it also gives me so much freedom! And it definitely keeps me sane. I'm currently on the road training for a marathon next year. We'll see how I fair. I'm still trying to speed up and at the same time, endure.

Whew! You picked a tough sport! Marathon running is not for the feint of heart, mental preperation as well as physical conditioning play equal roles in the success or failure of a marathon runner. You must have guts and stamina too. I commend you, that is by far the toughest sport mentioned here so far! Good luck on your marathon.

Hey, I do workout regularly. In my teen years i had a desire to compete in bodybuilding competetions and thus i was working out like a pro. But now due to other commitments i cant give so much time to exersixes and i do it to keep myself fit. Other than that i love sports, I like to watch gymnastics, running, swimming, cycling, weight lifting, boxing and so on. I love sports of every kind. Well i have seen your yourube videos and i cant believe that u have 4 children, lol. U definately look in good shape and your flexiblity is some thing which i really admire. Good luck with your pole dancing. Cheers, Tutul
