Is it possible for engineering student to stay away from flags and alcohol?

I have seen engineering student even in my relatatives who says that they are been forced or some times with mental presure they tended to alcohol ang cigarettes.. sometimes they smoke to look cool.. Do u think it is possible for them to avoid from cigarettes and alcohol to reduce there mental presure and style or whatever?

Um.. yeah.... It's called "Will Power" and "Time Management".... meaning that in addition to your studies, you STILL need to make time to relax and do things that make you happy, even if its only for ten or so minutes a day.
