My computer is going crazy and I have a critical system warning saying your system is infected with version of Trojan.Win32.Agent.azsy. This malicious program is a Trojan It is a Windows PE EXE. Once launched, the Trojan copies its body to the current user's Windows startup directory and attempts to steal passwords from Int. I try to go to system restore from a date when the computer was working but it say I have no restore points available. Can someone help me with this problem. I would grately appreciate it.

Try using Avira AntiVir Personal, perhaps the viruses can be removed. I'm not having problem with my PC after use this. It directly know what cause my computer not safe. I even closed my connection if I found a virus want to steal my password. Can you type in MS-DOS Command "scanreg /restore" to bring back an old registry before you got a virus?

Great suggestion, I also try other anti virus but not free only this AV are free. I test it for my flash disk from other computer with virus and it's show me the disk has been infected by Trojan, Warm, etc. So good in the results, I don't be worry again if I am updating this anti-virus every week for scheduling.

if your computer is badly infected then you may want to backup your data and then reformat your computer ..or you may try an antivirus software and perform a full system scan .in my opinion Bit defender is the best antivirus ..try using it.

Gabs and May did trow great suggestion. Based on the exchanges of responses I see that your antivirus(AV) failed on you and you need a new one to clean it. I would just like to add, before you do a full system scan update first your virus definition to counter that azsy trojan.

If your antivirus is up to date and you receive no popup/prompt then you did, your problem will not come from a virus. Get the CCleaner now if you still haven't as gabs said, do clean up and fix registry. Do this first then deal with hard too boot later.

Hello my friend, to avoid it to be worsen. I would suggest to re-format it as soon as possible to hail it completely...that was also happened to me. I did not fix it immediately cause I was depending on temporary fixing it until it became worst that I could not almost open it...still I re-formatted though...that's only my opinion. If you could more which you thing effective that re-formatting then go ahead..and good luck my friend...
