Does anyone watch the syndication of this short(2 season) series from 2003 - 2004? It stars:
Ellen Muth ---- George(Georgia) Lass Killed by toilet seat from de-orbiting Mir space station
Mandy Patinkin ---- Rube Sofer
Callum Blue ---- Mason
Jasmine Guy ---- Roxy Harvey
Laura Harris ---- Daisy Adair
Rebecca Gayheart ---- Betty Rohmer left in first season
Where they play grim reapers who return after death to salvage the souls of people who are about to die. There is a very dry humor about the show, especially with the star Ellen Muth who plays George. There is also a movie based on it that was released in 2009(may have gone straight to DVD) that is reported to be not as good as the series but is still O'K.

I loved that show. I hated to see it leave the air. I also got two of my grandkids watching it. I think the show was taken off when Mandy Patinkin left, but I think that they could have continued it without him. It may have been even better. Personally, I would have loved to see the Roxy chacter (Jasmine Guy did a superb job!) take over as head of the group. That would have been something to see!
I hated to see it leave the air. I will always enjoy it as I have the two seasons on DVD.

Yes this was a good show. I watched every episode when they had it on Sci Fi. I miss this show very much and wish they wouldn't have taken it off the air. They always seem to take the good shows off the air. Like Charmed and Friends. And they keep the reality shows on. I don't like the reality shows, only American Idol. :)

I watched the whole 2 seasons on hulu.com just a few weeks ago. I had already seen it all, but I watched it again. I watched the movie about a week ago. It was decent, but not nearly as good as the series. Rube was not in it and Daisy was played by a different person who was not nearly as good an actress as the original.

i loved that show, i was so sad that they never made anymore episodes. i know that two of the stars got to be in other shows. rube was in criminal minds and daisy is in defying gravity. i think it's daisy, the blonde one.

I never watched the syndicated reruns but I watched every episode on ShowTime when it first ran and the reruns on ShowTime. It was an awesome show. I loved it.
