A US judge awarded Cuban ex-CIA agent millions in the suicide of his father. Gustavo Villoldo and his father, both schooled in the US, returned to Cuba and flourished amidst political unrest. Daddy Villoldo committed suicide under stress and son Gustavo would spent his life on a revenge spree, terrorizing innocent villagers and attempting to overthrow Fidel Castro. Gustavo recently filed suit in US court against Fidel Castro and Cuba for suicide of his father, but Cuba and Castro rightfully did not respond. Presiding US judge granted default judgment holding that the suicide death of daddy Villoldo was the result of oppression by Cuba. I did not know that US law made provisions for suicide. I also did not know US courts have legal jurisdiction in matters concerning other nations and outside US territories! Interestingly, Gustavo Villoldo, after agreeing to interview with a Texas Newspaper, threatened non-disclosure of interview should other perspectives be sought.
