How to i request payout?

i have been using scavenger pay and am getting close to the min pay out of $5. But i do not know how i request pay out does anyone know how i do this and has anyone been paid by this site?
the site im on about is scavengercash

You can request payout if you have reached 200 posts. If you already have 200 posts, you can then PM cashonly to request payout. Please see the board topic "Requesting Payout" for more details.
