I need some HELP!!!

OK buddies here!!! I need some serious help with Facebook. A friend of mine cannot access some of the apps in facebook and when I try to see her things like Farmville or FarmTown it says her profile is currently unavailable. BUT, I can see her updates and stuff. Has anyone ever had their apps disappear? How do you contact Facebook help??? This is driving us bonkers!!! And she's got crops dying that need to be tended to... HELP!!!

Did she try logging in to her Facebook account on a known working computer? If she can access her account on another computer then the issue is with her computer. It may have to be the applets installed in her system like Java, Flash, etc. If she really cant access her account in any computer then she should contact facebook. I'm sure there's a "contact us" link on any of their page, it might be tiny so you really have to scan each of the pages. Good luck!
