This period of time, I sometimes eat a lot, and sometimes do not want to eat. Do not know what reasons? I am very troubled.

Hello! There are many reasons why people loose appetite or why they overeat but most likely related to stress. When we are stressed, our body releases something that makes us crave for food even though we are not hungry and in the other hand it can make us not want to eat. I have experienced the same thing, when I'm stressed i usually feel hungry and try to find some food, specially something sweet. When I'm so tired, I'd prefer to sleep instead of eating. I suggest that you follow a regular meal time. If you have lost your appetite, you need to push yourself to eat. Sometimes, people opt not to eat because of the food preparation. Prepare food that are easy but don't forget about the nutrition. And if depression drives you to eat a lot then you should try to avoid refined sugar. Well I hope you can overcome this^^;

I never thought in a million years stress could make me stop eating but it did, I have always been a stress driven eater so it was totally out of character and even hard for me to fathom when it happened, needless to say the 5 pounds I lost out of it was quickly compensated for once all was well again, I think us Inuit-bloods have it harder because I feel like even when I was much smaller I always had that extra 'padding' of fat and when Im hitting it to the gym like everyday its like my body goes into full alarm so now I just go like 3 times a week.

I couldn't even pretend to be qualified to help explain this to you. I'm not a doctor. I know a few things which cause appetite to change.. from stress, to psych meds, to hormone fluctuation. In my father's case, being disinterested in eating solid foods is a side effect of pancreatitis. (But, if that were your problem you might have mentioned throwing up violently and feeling as if you are going to die.) My sister in law has either uncontrolled appetite or no desire to eat depending on which psych med she has been prescribed. I have no reason to believe that pertains to do. I would imagine that some sort of tumor in the brain could suppress whatever part of the mind registers "I'm hungry" or some problems with cancer in the gastrointestional tract might be to blame... that, however, would probably be alarmist. Another reason for occasional disinterest in hunger might be some sort of constipation. If things are 'stuck' the body may suppress hunger because it doesn't want any more food jammed into the pipeline until things have been cleared out. There are just way too many possibilities. This is the kind of stuff we pay doctors to sort out for us. :)
