Can anyone who supports Obama's Medical Plan defend it?

The only rule here is, defend it using the terms of HR3200 itself...
No quotes, misquotes or rhetoric from any person.
No links to anything but HR3200 (although you don't have to use the link I provide).
Just your opinions about why HR3200 should be passed, with citations from NR3200 to back your opinion.

Hey ted, can you do something about the crickets in here? They're deafening. I thought you sprayed last week.
Well, now ya done it, you set rediculous restrictions on a discussions, no one can use things like "well Bush blah blah"..."had 8 years to do such and such..."..."astroturf..."...."you have no plan blah blah". How on earth do you expect to get a decent discussion with out any of that now?
