Why in this world there are people who are two faced? In my work placed there are plenty and hate to see them everyday. How about you? Have you meet people like this.

Whoa... I really can't stand such person. I got a very bad experiences with such people. It's just we cannot avoid them as this typical seems to be everywhere, so that will be depend on us how to interact with them. And what most important is not to be the same person instead.

I don't know how to interact with them for I can't hide my feelings. I am a showy person. And it is a big No for me to be the same with them.

Well, there are a lot of people like that in the work place... mainly because the want to be ahead of everybody... thus making them eligible for promotion or a salary raise... i have encountered two faced individuals when i was still working as a teacher and more of them when i worked abroad for two years... but now... i work alone in the office... i kinda miss them... because they really added color (sometime funny and sometime dreadful) to my life...

They surely do add color to our life but can't stand to have them in my life. I want to live a simple and happy life. Without them.

How the situation can be that I am not facing them? It is everywhere.In my workplace also there are lot. They will back stab you and also will act in sweet way in front of you. We should be very careful. i have seen this more on professional front.

Your right. We must be very careful to these kind of people. They do keep back stabing you. I don't know why they are happy with these kind of life.
