In cooking beef, which is more tender? tenderloin or sirloin?

I really don't know which beef is more tender. What I do know is that Kobe meet is more tender than any of those two options. Kobe is so tender that it's literally melting in your mouth.

tenderloin of course, even if you over cook it it's still tender. there's only a certain part of the sirloin thats even close to the tenderloin the small round center even then it's not close to the tenderness or flavor.
