Help me train my dog

I have the 2 most beautiful dogs. One is a Blue Heeler x Jack Russell and the other is a Chihuahua. The blue heeler x is very obedient but I am having real trouble withthe Chihuahua.
I take them to the park twice a day but this is getting increasingly difficult as the Chiuahua does not stop barking!!! He barks and dogs he doesn't know and has now started barking at people just walkign by.
Can anyone please give mde some advice one how to control his barking??

What is it you want to train??To sit down?Handshake like or do not scream aloud,Luanyao things? Regardless of training,must have to be patient..Dogs do not understand people's words,but can read people's expressions and tone.It is easy to understand the pronunciation.If it does not you have to teach it over and over again..It does good to the timely encouragement,pat its head or neck it Naonao it said:good boy ,well sort of language..At an appropriate time to the point of good food..

I actually want to teah him to stop barkign at very dog and numan.
He is great with the normal commands it just when he sees a dog he doesn't know or a person he hasn't seen before he contiually barks. I have not idea how to stop him?????

I think you problem is not only your puppy barking,but the dog obedience training.
