Might undergo this coming week an operation at the cervix. As much as possible wouldn't want to but my mayoma, (cyst at the servix) grows big that causes me to bled for 3 days. I fear complications after. What do you think friends, Is it alright to undergo operation. Have you undergone an operation? Please say a little prayer for me, Thanks.

Hello bing. I have not gone through any operations. And i do wish that i won't be in any of it! I have studied about myoma and watched an operation removing the cervix or only the cyst back in my college days *i was a nursing student then*. I learned that to lessen your anxiety, first you must trust God with all you heart that this operation will be successful *pray a lot*. Second, trust the surgeons. Make sure that they know what they are doing. Always have a second opinion from another person who has an idea of your condition. Third, it always work to study about what's going to happen to you. I can see that you can still surf the internet. Use this time to browse certain topic that will help you increase your knowledge about your condition. You could try typing "Myoma" and associated surgeries so you will have an idea. Lastly, cooperate with the medical team. They know what is best for you. Have a good day and good luck on your operation!

God bless you too Ms. Bing. I am glad that in my little knowledge, i have helped you. Anxiety is a normal reaction for having an operation. I think i will feel the same if i was in your position.

Hi there bing, You are most certainly in my Prayers. Try not to worry about your Operation, and do not think of complications. Instead, Thank God for your Healing. When you Pray, know that all is well and everything will be well. Have Faith and know God Loves you, just as Parents love their children. I have had 2 Operations, first one at the age of 21 I had a cyst removed from my Ovary. The second surgery was this last May I had to have my Gall Bladder removed. I did not worry but knew everything would go well as it did. I am sure many people will be praying for you here on mylot as they read your Post and remember : The Faith at the size of a mustard seed can move a mountain. You will be fine. Many Healing Blessings to you!

You are most welcome bing, I also know what it's like to miss your Mom , mine passed away in 2005.she was 77 years old. But God has a way to ease our pain, and you know, when I miss my mom really bad , she shows up in my dream . The other night I had a dream about hugging her, touching her Hair and telling her how much I love her. It felt so real. This truly makes me feel better it does ease the pain. Big Hug to you and if you like please add me as a Friend.

Thanks dear friend, am back from a successful surgery. As I am being entered at the operating room, I was reciting Psalm-91 and I utterred two words "Alleluyah Jesus" repeatedly until the operation was over. Even my doctor and her team prayed before they started. Friends all over said their prayers and God is good. No more worries, my great faith overcome my fear, I didn't feel anything with the surgery except for the pain of the injections of enesthesia which is quite unbearable prior. Reall Faith moves mountain and thank you, thank you dear for everything. Just be resting for a while but be in mylot once in a while. Love and hugs...

Hello bing. I have not had any operation so far and I don't want to have any. I think that it is very painful to have one with certain part of the body cut open. My wife had a c-section when she gave birth to my baby son last year. After many months, she still feels itchy and hurt on that part with a scar there. I hope that it will be fine soon without the scar bothering her. I wish you to have a very smooth operation, bing. Take care.

Hello again, friend. There is one thing that I forgot to tell you that my wife was discovered with cyst during the c-section last year, which was lucky of her to be discovered of the cyst, otherwise she would have not known about it and would probably have to take another operation. The doctor said that it was getting bigger. My wife never thought she had had a cyst there. Anyway, I wish you to see your doctor for some advice on it. Good luck to you, my dear bing.

DEar bing, I have gone through many surgeries. And I thank for them. I felt bad before them, I´m healthy now. I had an hysterectomy 3 years ago. I had been feeling "uncomfortable" and I was planing a travel abroad with some friends. He is a doctor and his work is with scanners. He checked me and ruled out the trip and saifd that I needed a surgery right then. They changed their plans too, and we stayed until I was feeling fine. It´s not immediatly. The body doesn´t like people to meddle with it and you may have a depression later. I didn´t. I have had back surgery too. That was 12 years ago. Now, at 64 years old, I can run and play with my grandkids. If I hadn´t had the surgery, I would be in a wheelchair. I will send you positive energy. But the best energy has to come from you. You will NOT have complications. The complications are now, with the myoma. By the way, that is very usual and absolutly benign. Take care and smile. Life is beautiful
