Hey Guys! I'd like to say and thank many of you for one of my previous discussions that I have started. It was called a party in the mylot town. It recieved heaps of awesome responses and came first on the "hot" tab. It was also rated the highest rated discussion on Sunday. I'd have to say that it was one of my goals to get a high rated discussion, and now I am happy. There were lots of comments and comments that were hilarious, so it was fun to contribute in. I'd like to know, if your the kind of person who sometimes starts discussions, and never really receive any more responses, then say 10. Have you ever made a discussion where all of a sudden you made a huge amount of responses? Do you also have any tips on how to make a good discussion? Please share with us.

Congrats on getting to be the highest rated! I didn't participate in that dicussions but I was VERY aware of it. It was a real party! Several times I was about to respond but then new things got added and it was such fun just reading it and I never got round to responding there. You had a great bunch of friends joining in and I saw that you were actively keeping it going and then you were rewarded for all the effort and that is a great achievement, especiallly on a Sunday AND the last Sunday of the month when many users are busy posting! I have had several discussions, especially recently, where I was not expecting to receive as many and so soon as I did. I am behind with commenting back on the last one too but that's the next thing on the agenda this morning. When friends realise that there is just as much point in sticking on one discussion instead of going off and starting one of their own, then you can be sure you have a great bunch of friends here too. If, when you start a discussion, you are certain that you can be there with it once the responses start arriving, then that's what it takes to help get it moving on its way to the top. You were there and you and your friends had fun and that's what it's all about! I hope you will have many more as successful as that one!

Thanks! It makes me feel great that another member of mylot actually liked my discussion. I didn't think of it that way, but I guess it really is an achievement to get a high rated discussion on the last Sunday of the month, where like you said, lots of members would be posting, mostly to hope to reach minimum payout. That discussion actually taught me something. Similar to what you just said, mylot doesn't always have to be a serious place. You can be there to have and talk about random funny things with friends! Thanks alot for your support! xx

Well, there's really no sure way of telling whether a specific discussion will turn out to be a "hit" among other mylot members to the point of generating massive amount of responses. So, I usually release myself from this form of pressure and just go for discussion topics that I am particularly interested in. That way, even if I only get a few responses, I get to participate with my respondents whole-heartedly.

It is true when you say it like that. I mean, even though you start a discussion that is interesting to you, it doesn't mean the majority of mylot will be interested, as we are all different. Of course aswell, putting pressure on yourself is never a good thing, so let the dsicussion flow as it goes.

Congrats for your discussion there.. I think if a discussion is very interesting and there are lots of things to comment and contribute, it will definitely be fun. Not easy to achieve, but pretty achievable, as many mylotters have done so.. Keep it up..

Sudden amount of responses already once, the problem is when you have two discussions ... what makes it more harder to reply back is i do more need times, besides i'm busy lately but i keep try and do my best My suggest to make a good discussion is, find out the good title so everyone will read what you are trying to say on the discussion Good work pweety_princess ^_^

Thank you for your discussion Pweety, i made a few new friends across that discussion which was great fun I have to say there were a few comments going on that discussion that really did make me giggle, even if it did get a little confusing at times with all of that avatar changing I have had a couple of discussiona with a lot of responses but they are mainly question based that require fairly simple answers, hence why they got a lot of replies i guess.

Excuse me, but you don't really see the point in doing what? May I point out you should always write quality and quantity posts no matter to what discussion you write to, or you won't earn any money at all, and there is a high chance that your post will end up being deleted. You also shouldn't just say "Well I don't really see the point in doing this." You need to explain yourself. Just a friendly warning.
