Is exercise is helpful in maintainig body or not????....i dont think so...

exercise will help maintain but not compulsory. eating a healthy food or have a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle is still the best... even theres no need to enroll for gym or aerobics class coz walking is already an exercise, its good for cardiovascular, even going up and down through the stairs can also be an exercise. my work is actually located at the 4rth floor so what we did. we used the stairs to go up and down as our form of exercise than using elevator. others used stairs up to the 4rth floor then use elevator from there going to their floor. sometimes if you ask some people if they exercise, many will say no for in fact they are. they can simply say yes they are coz they walk everyday and uses stairs everyday..

hi kawalsukhi, exercise is really helpful in maintaining a fit body. it will tone your muscles and burn your calories. exercise will really makes you healthy.

Hello kawalsukhi, Exercise is definitely helpful in maintaining the body. But you still have to watch what you eat. It defeats the purpose for you to be exercising and then eat a double amount of your previous meals. If we exercise, we can get rid of the toxin in our body through the sweat. It also helps our blood to circulate. We definitely feel fresher after each workout. Our bones will be stronger, muscles leaner and flesh less saggy.. So go exercise girl!

Exercise is important in maintaining a healthy body. I helps to circulate oxygen all throughout your body which make you feel more energetic. I also helps in burning excess calories to prevent you from gaining weight. It also helps you get stronger and maintain flexibility. Weight training can help fight osteoporosis. Well exercise is not only the important factor here. Diet is more important. A healthy diet= A healthy body. Try to combine both exercise and a good diet together.
