Rotten tomatoes!!!!

After watching both Transformers 2 and GI Joe, I couldn't help but compare the two. And I even learned later on that a lot of people are actually comapring both movies. As for me, I couldn't really tell which one is better. Each movie had it's own strengths and weaknesses, of course. How about you? What do you think are the strengths and weaknesses of each movie. And after that, I want you to rate the movie by stating how many rotten tomatoes would you throw at Transformers and GI Joe. The WORST movie gets TEN rotten tomatoes. (meaning, TEN is like the PERFECT score.....err but not too perfect after all.) For me: Transformers 2: 6 rotten tomatoes GI JOE: 5 rotten tomatoes! Enjoy throwing!

I haven't seen GI Joe yet, but Transformers 2 was pretty good I reckon! I only saw the first Transformers movie a couple of months ago too and can't believe I waited so long to see it! In Transformers 2, the special effects are great, there's some good humour thrown in there and overall it's one of those movies where you can just kick back and enjoy it without having to think too hard about anything. Sometimes I need movies like that! It's great that they kept a majority of the original cast too. Weaknesses? I can't really name any to be honest. It's no Oscar winning movie by any means, but it's entertaining! I guess this means I'd throw only 2 or 3 rotten tomatoes at it? lol. I hear mixed reviews about GI Joe, but I'll make my own mind up once I manage to get hold of a decent copy.

Oh yeah, a little diversion from all the baffling detective movies that we see. (yet they remain baffling even after two or three times viewing hehe) Have you seen GI JOE yet? Sorry It really took me a long time to respond. I ended up less enthusiastic with this topic!

well to me i think that GI Joe was better cause I just think that tranformers 2 just had to much action in it and it was just merely making up for not havent that much action in the first transformers

If you're talking about toys, then i'm going to give them 100 fresh flawless tomatoes! They're my childhood toys and enjoyed every minute playing them. As for the movies, well Transformers 2 suck and i am still on the lookout for dvd version o G.I. Joe online. I've watched the first few minutes of G.I. Joe on a Telesync copy but it's nothing fantastic. I don't think it has the essence of a G.I. Joe at all. Baroness should have been a 30 or 40 something vixen not a 20 something newbie. the ninjas.. Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes. Well, they don't seem like ninjas to me. lol! They're more like futuristic soldiers with skintight something "similar" to a ninja. I say bring back the old school!

I saw GIJoe and I thought that it was pretty good. Out of ten I give it a eight. As for the T2 I didn't get to see that one. My friends said that T2 wasn't good, something about it seemed like the people who made it was trying to do too much, jummbled up the story line. The one thing that I can say about comparing both movies would be that they both came out as cartoon series back when I was a little kid, back in the eighties. Not sure if they were made by the same toy company or not.
