What LCD should I choose.

Go For an Hp or Samsun .. dont go for a dell as the display on dell is very dull . while samsung and hp have bright resolution and supports high graphics aswell

Hey bro, go for Samsung 19 or 21 Inch wide screen LCD monitor. Its the best selling LCD monitor in India. Also Samsung is a reputated brand in India and you will not face any problem with that.

MIne is Compaq...and its wroking great !!!....i like the LCD screen...not much bulky and beautiful to look at

most LCDs are same, apart from minor technical details. two features to check are response time and contrast ratio. DELL is very popular and has good performance. AOC is quite economical and equally good. as regards size, it depends on your budget. however 17 inches is standard but the price difference between 17 and 19 inches monitor is very less and hence 19 inches monitor is fast becoming the new standard. i personally have an AOC 19 inches and have absolutely no problem with it. scout the market for various brands and options available before buying one. good luck.

Hi, i bought Samsung, Dell and Acer, at first i chose Samsung LCD 19 inches for it displays beautiful and contrasts sharply, i feel good in playing games and watching movies, nowever,the pedestal of Samsung LCD is a little unsteady, only small pad, so i put it on the desk nearby the wall, once wind comes into my room and blows LCD down, LCD leans on the wall safely. Later i chose Dell Dell 19 inches, it contrasts less sharply than Samsung,but the pedestal is steady and heavy, besides i move it a little hard, i used Dell LCD for two years,for i turned on LCD too long, finaly LCD got green screen, when i turn on after several hours, it becomes green screen, so i only use Dell LCD for Text Work and Programming. At last i bought Acer LCD 22 inches, it is almighty, though it is not better in contrast and steadiness than Samsung and Dell, i used it for three years and feel well, well, you had better buy LCD over 22 inches, now 22 inches isn't expensive, if you read text in 20 inches LCD, you feel text is a little small and not enough space for viewing pages and softs.Just is my opinion. Why not buying a 21 inches LCD monitor, as the 19 inches is the new standard. For me, I will buy a 21 inches LCD monitor, then I don't have to change the LCD in the following sevearl years. Pengbubu

Most people in India go for LG or Samsung, I like Samsung go for that one

if i were you i'd rather choose dell or sony products with regards to pc..these brands are tested and they are durable..
