My Breakfast , key to healthy and fit body

For me, working out is one of the most experiences and important things also. I exercise for at least an hour every day. A strict exercise regime , six days a week is mandatory, but I take a break on Sundays and chill out . Being a foodie I love to indulge in my favourite foods, and sweets are my weakness.But to keep guilt at bay , I ensure that I work out harder the next day. What about you people ?

Kudos to you for a great regimen! I haven't been exercising for quite a while, but this September my goal is to get back in shape!! I've never actually worked out before, though I used to exercise, like brisk-walking everyday on the treadmill and doing sit-ups. I've also tried those dance workouts, but I felt really weird, because while everyone was sweating, I was still dry. I guess I am pretty out of shape. My main goal though is just to tone up, and lose just a little bit of weight, about 1-2 kilos, because I've lost weight already. My weakness is really junk food. We've had quite a lot lately, but I'm completely avoiding them from this day onwards until I am back in shape. Actually, I don't get guilty treating myself to just a little helping while I was dieting, but lately, I've gone all out. So, my goal right now is to cut out the junk and exercise!
