when i was working in an office before computers are introduced in the market, we used to take dictations given by our Boss in Shorthand and type it in the Typewriters and get it signed by our employer and despatched to the relevant stations. Now that we are using computers everywhere and despatching the mail through an e- mail. But still i remember my shorthand and take dictations at a speed of 100wpm. i am interested to know does any one of you still remember shorthand strokes and can write even now?

Yes I remember my shorthand strokes even now and can take dictation at a speed of 100 wpm. When I was in touch with Shorthand, I got a prize for taking a test at 120 wpm. and 140 wpm. respectively. But now out of touch so I do not think I can take those tests.

It is great to know that you have received a prize. Still if you want to pursue your speed, you can practice daily for a little time whenever you are free
