Not remembering a song title or singer

Have you ever sang along to a song even though you have no idea what it's called or who it's by? I don't know if anyone else is bothered by this or not but I really find this to be very frustrating. Sometimes (more like recently) when I play my old CD mixes I come across this song I haven't heard in a long time and really like it. I'd sing along with it and everything. But for the life of me I can't remember what it's called or who sings it. I'd then spend all day trying to google it without success and end up being pissed off because I'll be bugged by it all day.

..well, yeah.. I'm really a person who is just interested with the song and nevermind the singer and the title.. However, I feel that this is not suppose to be the right thing.. Of course, we have to give credit to the singer and composer of the song because if not because of them, the song should not have been born.. This is why I try my best now to know who the singer is and memorize the title of the song..

hello saizo,
This one song I cant forget and can't remember who was singing it or the title of the song. It's and old song and all I remember was one of the lyrics
" Pretty little girl in a blue dress,
playing in the sand, smile for me,
make my day."
I heard this song in 1977..only 1 time and that's all I remember.
And yes It bugs me :)

I forgot the name of a movie.I only remember some glimpses inside.But I would like to again enjoy that film,but I can not find the.Because I forgot the name of that movie.This gives me a headache.Is very troubled.Did not think of it now that the film's name.
