The s*xual expression of law

Does s*xual expression as a basic human need is cultured and moral needs to be regulated by law?Ok, I know, we all may agree in talk about s*x mean talk about moral too. Morality divided in two. One, ability control himself -drive damage, both to themselves, people or the environment. And other, ability control desire libido. The ability control desire libido is one that distinguishes humans from animals. But why should control libido through rule of law?

Hi advokatku,
I first of all I want to appreciate and thank you for giving myloters.
of course S*xual relationship should be regulated in legal rules.
Because if it is not then it would be so much uncivilized that people would take advantage
(no matter if it is any country) to r^pe young one's or opposite s*x.
If it is regulated in law it would fear people and make them to be in their limits and
it will contribute some moral science and teach younger one's the culture to live and lead a very good life.

ya, you're right, s*x must governed by the laws should be but unfortunately law can not talk if the perpetrator told the name of love
