Hi! Hmm.. let me give you options: you can try kojic acid, licorice soap, papaya soaps, and bleaching soaps. You may also want to try rose hip oil. it has been proven effective, it is however quite expensive. You may also want to use tretinoin to peel off the black unwanted spots. It will tighten your face also. I would need to advise you though that you should wear sunblock higher at SPF25. and you shouldn't use the tretinoin for more than 2 months. Another word of caution also, you cant tacke tretinoin if you are pregnant ok...

these soaps are available in the supermarket. it doesnt have to be branded. as long as the content is the same.
by the way, you have to apply the tretinoin at night only ok...

Hi dolmitta, welcome! 
You could try to have a check up on the dermatologists. Or use some moisturizers that can help reduce dark spots and acne marks. The next best thing would be drinking a lot of water and wait for time to erase those marks. Drinking vitamin C would also help heal our wounds so good luck.
