man lights a bus on fire

I woke up this morning to hear the morning new. It said a man set a bus on fire. After asking someone for a cigerrette and they said no. The man then lit the bus with an unnown substance. The driver had to stop the bus and let the people out. Thank goodness no one got hurt. The bus is a write off. Unfortunatley no one got hurt. This was early in the morning around 2am. I am wondering what what his state of mind to do something like this.I guess they are right when they say the freaks come out at night. What are your views on this weird event.
