I decided a few minutes ago to have a little dance. IN the tune of the song i have watched on MTV. it is a song of one popular singing group. it is a song with some simeple and easy dance steps, it just requires of some tapping of the feet and little raise of the hand and little lift of the feet and some little body movement. boy oh boy, i have not done it more than 5 minutes but after i stopped i noticed that i am breathing quite hard and like gasping for air. though i didn't experience any difficulty of breathing but i just noticed that i really got tired with my little dance. i know this is not a good indication of good health. and i am actually right now in the process of changing my eating habits. i am not active person. i hardly move because most of the time i am in front of the computer but earlier in the morning i did some running on a treadmill and i didn't get tired that fast but just this little dance awhile ago i did really try to gasp for air. anyways, do you easily get tired after doing some little exercise.

Always! I'm tired when I wake up in the morning! Any amount of exercise makes me exhausted. Of course, I have a very good reason for it: my disabilities, which include fibromyalgia, insomnia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Chronic pain certainly can limit a person! Still, I do what I can and, as long as there's nothing extra going on like excess stress, I'm fairly able to get around. Dancing, though, those days are over. When I was younger, though, even in the days right before my fibromyalgia began, I could dance the night away! I was, if anything, more energetic than the average person.

oh sorry to hear that you are suffering from them. anyways, sometimes i worry if i do have chronic fatigue syndrome. cause i always get sleepy and feel so sleepy a lot though i have full 8 hours sleep at night already. i am trying to modify my food intake and looking or searching for healthy energy foods. anyways, maybe because i avoid meats that i often feel sleepy cause i have less energy. i do only eat fist. anyways, though still i will continue with my diet. i like it.

I can relate to your post, I tried running recently and found out exactly how unfit I am...lol.... I am trying to change to a healthier lifestyle as well, with my eating habits and exercise - actually I have diabetes so I kind of have to! I have noticed when I do keep up the regular exercise, I have more energy to do everything else all the time, and it also helps with depression, but when I leave it off for a week I am back to lethargic. When I am actually sticking to my 'plan' I try to swim every week day - when I first started this I could only do 5 laps so I went up 5 at a time and now I can do 40, so if you start small it DOES build up. Good luck!

i don't usually get tired after exercise or dancing which i do just about every day. thats probably why i don't get tired lol but yeah, if your getting tired after just 5 minutes thats not very good. you should get more exercise in your weeks if you can and that will surely help you feel better and be able to dance longer...

Yes, I definitly get tired very easily. I am a horrible sleeper so it doesn't take much for me to get tired. I only work about 4 hours a day and I always fall asleep in the car on the way home from work. Good thing my daughter is driving or I wouldn't be around today to tell this story. If I am going to go out in the evening, even for just a few hours, I always try to take a nap a couple hours before I go. If I don;t I will be home early because I just can't stay awake. I have had a physical so I know it isn't something wrong with me other than I can't sleep. I have had a sleep problem for about 8 years now, ever since I started menopause.

do you have insomnia, is that why you tend to sleep in the day or take a nap in the day anywhere. i am afraid i am developing insomnia like now i woke up 3 am. i slept about 1 am for few days now. but i will try to bring back my normal sleep so i won't have this problem any more.

Hi, hotsummer. Yes, I have gotten tired after I did an exercise. Especially, if it was one that required me to do a lot of body movement and stretching with my limbs. And, if I hardly exercise that will make it harder for me too. I will get very tired and weak and then I will have to call it the quits so that I can take a break. I know what you mean, it gets like this with me too.

I work in a doctor's office. Earlier today, I saw a woman get short-winded from walking down a short flight of stairs. I would say that you should probably talk to your physician and try to work in some dedicated light exercise.

Maybe you are right, dancing makes you sweat because you do a lot of movements, and when you sweat you get tired. Dancing is some kind of sport. I think.

Yes, I get tired very easily, but I also have Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus! Now that I think about it, since I'm 51, I'd probably still get tired even without those "challenges"!

When i first see the topic, i know you are the same with me, EASILY get tired , i don't know why, but it's turn. Just today, when i have a class this afternoon, it was about 4 o'clock. When i come back to my dormitory, i felt so tired, so i have to have a rest, or i can't focus on me, and can't do anything good. Sometime, i think it is because the weather, because when it turns to hot, it's easy for people to fall asleep. But sometimes it's false, my roommate, often play compute the whole night, and he just sleep for about 5 hours or less, but it seems he is just as well as nothing happened. I don't think this is a illness, but it's boring. And when it comes to night , i feel so good that i can't sleep soon. And that's another reason for me to get easy tired. Have a good day, and happy mylot.

I look every day of the campaign. In the computer sitting next to a loog time.Pairs of eyes and body are not good.Sat tired and look up sports. To wash face.In front of a window station.Take a look at the distant scenery.Go outside after the evening meal stroll.Sometimes, the square dance.Multi-sports look on human health is helpful.I wish you health, friend.

HI. actually, I'm a sporty girl so it takes me a bit of tired before I get tired with anything. Since, you started to dance all of a sudden and u had not done that for many years or what so ever. U got exhausted. Everyday if u'll practice dance then I don't think that you' ll b panting for your breath.

I don't think it is a problem. I have the same situation with you. I usually take a nap. Taking some little exercise can relax. In my opinion, it is a common phenomenon. You don't have to be worry about it. Have a little sleep would be better.

Yes i'm easily get tired especially after i gave a birth to my boy. My office is on the fourth floor and each time i would walk the stes breathing heavily . I didn't give birth naturally which my colleagues think would be the main reasons. But in your situation you will improve if you keep on exercise . Dancing is a really good exercise but it's a pity that i'm not good at it at all.

I get easily tired easily these days because of too little movement and to much time doing nice and silly things with computer. I seldom clean my house as we have someone who cleans it but when i tried it one day, i was like gasping for air myself. That's not a good indication of good health that is why I force my friends that we play anything that involves a lot of movement. I felt very much relaxed when I sweat for the first time after hmm, who knows who lol. I play games online so it was a surprised for my friends when i asked them to be athletic again hehe.

For me, it depends on the type of exercise that I do. I can dance and shimmy the night away, but when it comes to running I get winded very easily! Recently I started running to get ready for a 5K that my husband and I signed up for. I can barely run 2 miles without having to stop! It is a little discouraging. I guess you and I are opposites of eachother.
