There are fats used in the recipe of ice cream. They usually used milk fat, butter, cream, and nuts which are known to be rich in fats... do you really love to eat ice cream despite that facts?

Yes, I love it despite the fat it has in it. Actually, though the fat in ice cream mostly comes from sources that also have nutritional value such as milk and nuts. The real issue is all the sugar, which has basically no nutritional value. Personally I track my calorie intake and very rarely do I end up eating too much fat. It is the carbs I always go over on and it is not really because I eat ice cream almost daily. Some ice cream (i.e. frozen yogurt style) really is not any different than yogurt, which many say is healthy. I guess it does not have the live culture stuff, but maybe it does.
