eat a proper diet , cut down on fatty foods, specially take away , and exercise daily , 30 mins a day keep heart in working order, 50 mins walking actually burns off a glas of coke a cola, and well swimming is best exercise it helps tone and lose weight , and eat plenty of good vegetables Lovely_Lady.

There is a very simple and easy way to loose weight and if u'll do it for month u'll must see changes in ur body. Whenever anyone gives u meal or any other edible move ur hand once in right side and once in the left side. Its very simple. Lol. U should do daily exercise and make it ur routeen. Walking is a simple exercise.

i like to drink lemon water because this keeps me from drinking alot of sodas of fruit juice with a lot of sugar. and then because it's water.

the hardest way lol..
the best way to loose weight is first keep a diary of what your doing and what your eating.
Maybe ask your doctor to do a test, to determine what type ofperson you are, whether you put on weight because of certain foods etc.
then create a healthy eating plan that you can stick too..
do some research on how certain foods make you put on weight etc.
create a daily ten minute excercise plan that you can stick too, and once you start doing this, you can increase the time you excercise.
