How to improve your quality of life?

Th best way to improve quality of life is not to run after money or power. Just be satisfied and have a proper idea of your needs and spend accordingly. Always keep learning and try to upgrade your skills according to the demand of the life. One can easily improve quality of life by adopting few mantras of success, happiness, prosperity and abundance. They are: 1. Positive Attitude - It is always important for improvement in life quality. One must develop a positive attitude and become conscious of all the good things that are all around them. 2. Always be confident on what type of life you want to live. 3. Take bold actions on matters which you think are right and never hesitate in taking positive steps.

THe most precious thing in my life now is my daughter and of course i think my physical body and mental body are also two vital things in my life. The best way to improve the quality of one's life is to think positive - avoid gossips, avoid reading/brooding on negative incidents, learn from every human being and act good. I personally think the best way to teach one's kids how to be good is to bring the goodness in oneself and then see how the kids immediately catch the behavior :)
