Missing friends......

Hi, I miss my friends here at mylot. My stint here at mylot has been less than a year but I am blessed to have made some really good friends. I love participating in their discussions and sometimes when they comment to my posts the answers are invariably unique with deep meanings. But, unfortunately I don't find many of them to be that active nowadays. I miss them a lot. Hope to see them back soon. I could have understood if it were with one or two of my friends, but its more than 5 I suppose. I admit that since I don't find my "clan" out here I resist my participation too. Have you ever experienced such a thing? Have you made good friends out here?Would you be less active as a mylot member if your friends are becoming inactive at mylot? Please do share.

Hi bodhisatya, I'm still here. No, I wouldn't be less active because some of the people on my friends list are. People become inactive for different reasons. It doesn't stop my from mylotting. With so many (active) users on here there are always discussions to find. You just have to look for them. Happy mylotting!

Hey do you know that you are such a gem but you too have been "out of action" for quite some time, ain't it? I belive it was that discussion of yours when you mentioned about the parking thing in front of the bank. Tell me if I have missed any discussion of yours, its always so wonderful to be a part of your discussions. Thanks friend.

Bodhisatya...Maybe they are less active because it is the summer, and more people want to spend their time outdoors. I know that I have beem less active in the last month...too many things to do..lol. Also sometimes, you just have to take a break in order to get revitalized again.

Since you are back I would expect more and more discussions from you. I think you are fully re-vitalized now. I have truky missed you and it is such a relief to see you back. Now I know who kept my friends from me, this darn summer.

I also have very good friends in mylot here and often when I am not online they do send me messages to ask me about myself and if everything is going on well, so these sweet messages are very precious tome because they care. And I like to be here because I have good friends also.

It is really amazing when people try to stay in touch. Sometimes we are not in those moods to be here and stay active in mylot, I understand that but I do miss out my some real good friends here. Btw did I tell you that some of my real close friends here responded, as if I brought them out from their shells of hybernation. Thanks for sharing.

It's great to have virtual friends here in myLot. I have good friends here that always support me and vica versa. They always pops up to my discussion and throwing a response. I think most of my friends are in the same time zone as me since we often login to myLot quite at the same time. mostly from Asian countries. I miss few of my friends who I met when I first joined myLot, dunno where they are right now, but I hope they will be active again

You are right bodhisatya. I have not been active for a long time and if i do not find any discussion interesting i simply sing off from mylot. I have not responded to some of your earlier discussions and have stayed inactive for a while. I'm yet to comment back to all the resopnses i received for a few of my discussions too. Even though mylot is addictive, at times it is very boring and dull makeing me switch to another website. So hi again - hope we'll be in touch with our discussions :)

hello bodhi, i sure do have good friends here now, and you included. am sure its pretty obvious that when you enjoy a conversation with a few, you will surely keep coming back. maybe those friends that you said are not active anymore are just busy that is why they are not seen much in my lot. how about sending them some private message? and let's hope they reply. ann

Before I respond to this should I ask where you have been these many days. There haven't been an interesting discussions suince you last started one. Hmmm I have sent a pm to one of our real close friend here and I am at times concerned for her well-being. It is so nice to see you back. Thanks.
