I have a girl child of 6 months old. I am a working women. My mother-in-law take care of her. Now-a-day managing her is very difficult for her. she want someone to sit with her. she wont allow to go anywere leaving her. when we left her then she start crying like anything. It is not possible to always sit with her. Can you please share your comments on this?

From my personal experience (of wat I've had with my cousine brothers and sisters) curiousity is the best weak point of children around this age. Always try and engage them by showing and explaining about new things and try to include more items that they are interested in (like boys like hearing about cars, some like hearing about animals - watching cats, dogs etc). If you wanna keep him/her engaged, try some toys (cars for boys and dolls for girls (usually)). Hope these tips work!

Hi aravind- thanks for your suggestions. But we already tried all. But how long we can sit with her and do all these things. If we go to next room also she start murmuring.
