If its 11:30 PM Dec 31 in Texas and 12:30AM Jan 1st in New York and you have a New York driver's license that expires Jan 2007, does that mean your license has expired?

Assumably it's expired because it's issued in New York... being the issuing state, their computers theoretically should mark it as expired at 12:00am, assuming that the license is set to expire January 1, 2007 .. and assuming that the year is now 2007. ;) The post does not state the current year, or the exact day of the month of January that it's supposed to expire :p
