What is the best payday date?

I'm having this problem with my employer who pays out our salary at different dates of each month. I dont mind if the date is merely a day or two, but sometimes it drags to a week which badly interupt my monthly budget, payment schedule etc. As my monthly bills of rent, car instalment, house mortgage were all due within the first few days of each month, I wish the management can come to a fixed date on paying the salary so that I can schedule all my payment systematically. Do you have that problem? What is the best payday date for you?

At my last job I got paid on the last Monday of each month. It worked for me and wasn't too hard to remember. Now at my new job I will be paid weekly - on Fridays! Pretty nice if you ask me. Although it means a lot more trips to the bank, haha.

Direct Deposit is good, if the JOB offers it. But sometimes the feel of money is good too!

All the time I worked at the last JOB, I always was paid on the last working day of the month but know what's it is like to have payday wonder.

i liek getting paid on Fridays because I think that is the best date to be paid that way you can have more money for the weekend when you want to go out and do something. I do like being paid anyday that I am paid. It is always a great day.
