Well the best is dieting of course. Exercise will help alot burning those excess fat which is the source of bad cholesterol so it will greatly help you loose weight that fast. These two hand in hand will hasten you to your goal in having healthy body. When trying to lose weight you should put in the value for doing so. Motivating yourself and implanting to yourself why you are doing this would also lessen the resistance from doing it.

Here in Australia we have a type of margarine called Pro-Active which is reported to absorb cholesterol, so I have gone onto that rather butter and other margarines and you can now buy milk that does the same thing .. I have gone onto these as I was given a bad result in my last blood test...I have been given three months to correct with diet or go onto medications...I have a sweet tooth and hate porridge which I was told is the best thing to start the day....well my doctor gave me a recipe which I have found to be a big help and has even gotten me off sweet cakes and chocolates...
half a cup of each:
chopped dried apricots,
sultanas
allbran
sugar......soak all over night.
Then add one and half cups of SR flour and cook for 45mins on 180......
But I have added ginger and cinnamon......
Good luck...
