A guy from the radio ask advise from the host about he witnessed his boss running a slot machine at work. People were gambling under the table. He knew about it, and he also wants to report that incident anonymously due to his moral conscientious. If he did report this, he would lose his job and he also might be involve in it, because he work at that place. The be best advise is to tell him walk away silently and do not involve any of this. For the same situation in front of you, would you be a whistle blower, or you just want to know nothing about it. Or simply walk away silently?

I only reveal others misconduct if there's serious matter like life threatening involve in the situation. If it's gambling via slot machine, I can talk to the boss but nothing more than that. I can't take any legal action for that. He can look for another job if he can't take it anymore.

O would only become a whistle blower about something important, maybe if it was something that could hurt people or animals, I would not for something minor, for running a slot machine i don't think I would.
