I think you shoud ask your cousin to see a dermatologist and the doctor will give her the right medicine. The skin of everyone is different, may be appropriate for someone elses medicion is not necessarilly appropriate for her and sometimes can make her acne more worse. So I advise your cousin to go to hospital.

Vinegar helps restore the natural acidity of your skin, clear up skin problems (Dryness, itching, flaking and acne) Oily skin can be controlled with a mixture of half apply cider vingegar and half cool water. It works as an astringent. You can also freeze this solution into ice cucubes and use it as a cooling facial treatment on a hot summer day.

There are many facial washes on the market that are good for acne and blemishes. Anything with glycolic acid is good and salycic acid. Also you can dab a little bit of toothpaste on the acne or blemish and it will help dry it up.

acne is just a single symptom, hehind it maybe a complex syndrome.i advise you cousin go to hospital,i think a detailed examine is needed.at the same time, less stress, more fruit ,less spicy food do good for her.

use over-the-counter products. those products containing Benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. you can also do this: use facial cleanser (e.g. eskinol), buy dalacin-c on pharmacy(it's in capsule form). open the capsule of dalacin c because what you need is the powder inside it and put the powder inside the cleanser and shake the bottle. foods do not cause pimples but it's acontributing factor so avoid oily foods. fight stress. ok, that's all i can say. :)
