Do you believe in old wife's tale here are a few that I can't seem to shake. - Walking in the door backwards after six in the evening, so spirits would not follow you indoors - Don't point at a semetary. - Leave clothes you went to a funeral with outside -Don't sweep the house after six - Don't open an umbrella inside Which superstitions guide your day to day life

i don't really believe in superstitions but as they say that every possible think and the craziest thing that you can think off does exist in this world, regardless it's a superstition or anything. well i believe one superstition that when a cat crosses the road in front of you its not so good you should take another way. this is one of the superstition tht i really am scared of.

My thing with cats was that there was a tom that kept breaking into our home and my Grandmother told me to stay away from him because they sometimes kill people by going for their throats.

I don't allow superstitions guide me at all. When I was much younger I would think, 'Oops.' Did I just do something that will bring me seven years of bad luck. I think the best way to overcome any fears of superstition is to think positive. Because your thoughts guide you - not superstition.

You know I try to tell myself that it does not matter, but the truth is that even when I say I don't believe I keep doing these crazy things. I guess I believe it can't hurt to observe the rules just in case.
