I like movies from both asia and europe.. BUt in asia, i have not seen any movies from indonesia yet, and most of them are from thailand instead.. hehe ^_^ However, i'm only interested in horror movies from asia, as it's much more real, based on myths and legends etc.. lol =D It's more scary and those super natural forces can be felt in the movies.. hehe ^_^ I will like to watch a horror movie from indonesia, because there are quite a lot of scary myths in different parts of indonesia

If you like horror films, try Ringu or Ju On. Both very creepy asian horror films. ^_^ Scared me anyway.

I found a couple chinese action and comedy movies I really liked. I only know the english titles though. One is Tokyo Raiders, an action movie, which was really good. There is also Gen-X Cops. It's about some misfit rookie cops who get selected to go undercover as gang members in order to stop a huge gang war. They can't seem to do a thing right and it's so funny! They win in the and the cute guy gets the girl. Very fun. There is another one about a cool chinese guy (so cute!) who meets a tomboyish girl who is like a street punk. She gets him into all kinds of trouble and they find some way to go back in time so she can save someone. I wish I could remember the name of it. I can totally see the dvd cover in my head too. Darn. There is a japanese movie called Saga no Gabai Baachan (oh but I can remember that title huh!?) About a boy who is sent to live with his frugal Grandmother and the hardships they share together being poor in Japan. Despite that description, I found it to be a quite charming movie with lots of love and laughter. ^_^
