Me too.. I dont like it all. I dont like it when people complain too much without doing any action. It is as if they foresee it like some impossible task. Either that or they may just be too lazy. i did grumble once with the project given to me by my boss. and no one has ever done it before. I grumbled and said, "i dont think i could do it!" My boss said with a smirk "just shut up and do it." and man did i really?! i worked on sleepless nights just to challenge the inevitable. And everyone loved my work. I am the pioneer of that project and everyone would ask how i did it. and i would just give out a happy smile and point to my boss...

Every one would ask how I did it. And I would just give out a happy smile and point to my boss... WOW! I just liked that attitude of yours. Giving the credits to your boss. Had I been your boss, I would have given you a raise in the pay.

Most of the families world over will have atleast one character of this sort. I don't know wheather it is a curse or a blessing. You have to live it out with the person concerned. Just be cool and don't talk back. Never react in a provacative manner. May God bless you and take care.

I tend to blog it all out. My husband and I will talk about things as discussions between us, not us venting AT eachother. We listen to eachother. When there are problems we need to get them out in a productive way before the problems spill over into our every-day life.
