Does spirituality interest you? Please respond

I am particularly interested in spirituality because I am studying to become a physician. Spirituality plays a role in every patient's life, even if he or she is not religious.

My perception of God is different. I abhore meaningless rituals. Merely by going to temples, mosques and churches if all our sins would be cured then we wouldnt have a sinner on earth. I believe that God is Man himself. we must do good to others if possible or stay away. We should nt do all the evils and then think that praying in temples etc will cure our sins. This is the wrong notion people have carried. Lets forget the God in the temple and mosques and churches. We shall think of fellow human beings as God and help those in need. This is the biggest and the most pious of services...thx
