Laughing is such a great thing! I know pretty much everyone loves to laugh and the people who don't are missing out on one of the greatest things life has to offer! Just think about it... when you laugh you use your body to expel that laughter! And you can't depressed if you're laughing. So laugh today and see how your life changes! God Bless!!! :D

I have to agree. I too think that laughter is the best medicine there is. Laughter helps you be happier, or at least, it can help. It has definitely helped me a lot in the past. It has helped feel better. And it still keeps helping me. I would recommend laughter any day of the week.

Yes, it is amazing what laughter can do for us. It releases endorphins that make us feel better, and it actually takes more muscles to frown than it does to laugh. In life, it is often hard to laugh. But most of the time I can find some source of laughter. A movie, a sitcom, even just my dog!

I hate crying! I've had a lot of experience with crying myself to sleep at night... (not over girls either, but over things that were far more important) And I hated every second of it. I'm not one for people's pity. I can't stand for people to try to comfort me. I don't know why. But maybe it's because I know with my God verything is alright. God Bless and thanks for the response. :D

With the threat of a flu epidemic looming, we should all be laughing more. Scientists have shown that laughter strengthens the immune system by increasing antibodies, raising T-cell levels, and releasing disease-fighting proteins. Laughter can also reduce stress-related hormones, relax muscles, and improve respiration. Researchers believe laughter accelerates healing and diminishes pain. Even hearing laughter can improve your mood. Who can remain grumpy when listening to the lilting laughter of children at play. I remember how much better I felt at my mother's wake when we joked about some of the humorous things that happened to her and repeated the funny things she said. Spending time with fun people will promote laughter and thus improve our mental and physical health. Perhaps that's why woman choose "sense of humor" most often as a desired trait on matchmaking Websites.
