Is Google trampling on Freedoms?

The Federal Trade Commission will soon make a decision as to whether or not Google has the right to 'watch the readers.' Google has an massive digital library of out of print books. There is a class action suit pending because folks reading these digital books are concerned that Google is collecting information on readers habits. You! I enjoy the out of print digitals available through Google, but not enough to worry that they are invading my privacy. I don't care if they know I read ancient history. The one thing that does bother me is that Google collects these digitized beauties through the efforts of non-profit foundations, such as Project Gutenberg- and then makes a big splash about Google's effort. Pooh. That's kind of phony. How about you? Are you concerned about your freedoms being trampled on by Google?
