There are a lot of natural highs in our daily life:
--Falling in love.
--Laughing so hard your face hurts.
--A hot shower.
--No lines at the supermarket.
--Getting mail.
--Hearing your favorite song on the radio.
--Lying in bed listening to the rain outside.
--Finding the item you want is on sale for half price.
--A long distance phone call.
--Getting invited out to eat.
--A good conversation.
--Finding a $20 bill in your coat from last winter
--Laughing at yourself.
--Having someone tell you that you're beautiful.
--Laughing at an inside joke.
--Friends.
--Falling in love for the first time.
--Accidentally overhearing someone say something nice about you.
--Waking up and realizing you still have a few hours left to sleep.
--Being part of a team.
--Playing with a new puppy or kitten.
--Sweet dreams.
--Going to a really good concert.
--Winning a really competitive game.
--Riding a bike downhill.
--The feeling after running a few miles.
--A backrub/shoulder massage!
--Discovering that love is unconditional and stronger than time.
--Hugging the person you love.
--Watching the sunrise.
--Getting out of bed every morning and thanking for another beautiful day.

How about laughing so hard you cry instead of loosing your face?
That is one of mine.
Or one of my young kids saying something totally funny and out of ordinary.
Old example:
My son was reading a book and I tried to tell him that the book was upside down and you don't read that way. With a honest shocked voice her replies, "I can't read! I can't read a thing!" A friend happen to be on the phone at the time with me and we laughed for days about it!

catching my husband looking at me with love (and longing? hehe).
