I think it's amazing how they managed to do this. They remade the whole Quake 3 Arena and made it available to play online on web browser from any computer. You can play against real opponents or train with bots. You just register and install a little plug-in and it will work exactly like old Q3. Graphics look the same, maybe even better(you can play it in full screen, of course) + they added new maps and you can check your statistics online and add some friends and stuff. And it's 100% free. It's still in beta but runs great and as old quaker I'm happy it already has such a big community that combines oldschool players and newcomers. I think they should make more old games available for playing this way. Imagine that you can play any game from browser from any computer without installing it. That's pretty cool technology...
