is there a free software(CMS) that for quick generation of a website?

I hope this cms software could automatic gather contents from the internet by key words,and the most important is that it is a free software,thx in advance!!

You mean an autoblog or something?

I don't know for sites though. But merging your site with a blog might be a work around.
