Exoitic Meats.

How many of you have taken exoitic meats like dog meat or snake soup, a delicacy in chinese hotels or Elephant steaks once again a delicacy in South Africa. Can you share,with me the other strange meats as well as sea foods or some creatures like fried spiders (in parts of east Asia) which you have tasted.

Have you taken any of the above mentioned items?I am a vegetarian now.When I was a eating non veg items I had eaten only chicken and meat of goat.I had not eaten fish even.So,I can't imagine eating something in the name of exotic foods.But there are people who want to try something different once and they can go for it.Cheers!

No ganesh, I have not eaten anything like that. I am exactly like you. Of course, even now, I have an egg ommlette every other day. Apart from this, our food habits are similar.

i once ate meat of a camel, which my neighbour once sent to my mother. My mother ran away from the kitchen but my father and me started serving each other and eating.
the taste was ok, i dont remember much since i was very small that time.
one thing i do remember was that the plates were we ate those meat became yellowish in colour forever.

Interesting, I know that muslims take the meat of the camel during their religious functions. The most interesting part is the color of the plate becoming yellowish forever.
