I swore I would never get over 200 lbs, but with my 3rd pregnancy I blew 200 all to pieces! I'm not that active...not nearly as much as I should be, so the weight just was not coming off at all. My son turns 2 in a couple weeks, so I can't use the "I just had a baby" excuse anymore. lol. Excercise is really the main thing, but another option is going to a weight loss clinic. They have some really powerful appetite supressants and they'll help motivate you. You get weighed once a week so you know that if you cheat, you're busted. It helps with willpower. At the clinic, the advice I got (along with a prescription for Adipex) was to drink tons of water, excercise as much as possible, keep moving (as in stay busy with house work or whatever), no soda and whole grains. I'm gonna be honest with you and tell you that so far I haven't lost much weight. But here's why. First of all, I have zero control over eating. My daughter's birthday was one week after I started the program and my birthday was 4 days later. There was so much birthday cake here it was insane. I ate way too much of it. The second week I got the flu and if you have to take any kind of decongestant you MUST stop the medicine. I've had about 4 days that I could barely even get off the couch. This week I'm amped up and ready to go. I want to excercise and get out and get in shape! I WILL do this! Also if you do a web search for calorie burning you can find how many calories you burn from normal daily activities like laundry and talking on the phone. That will give you some insight into how much you need to eat a day to lose the pounds.

Have you ever tried Herbalife? Its a weight loss program thats based on nutrition and wellness. My daughter will be turning 1 in a couple of months and I have almost dropped back to the weight I was before having her. I gained more weight than I expected when I got pregnant and wanted to fit in some of my old clothes. I got interested in the weightloss program because it had a 30 day money back garauntee. I've tried a couple diets that didn't work for me so I gave herbalife a shot and have been on it since February. I have lost around 35lbs so far and I try to exercise 1 a day. Take a look. My friend is having a discount sale on weightloss programs. here's her website: www.shopherbalife.com/mkbwellness

Hi there! ok, this will be a bit long, bear with me. Products are not going to get you anywhere, actual work and eating right will. It is never what anyone wants to hear, everyone wants to take magic pill and not have do anything else, but it does not work that way. 1st and foremost, eating habits. I am not going to tell you to stop eating or seriously cutt you calorie intake, because doing so triggers your body to go into starvation mode. Once that happens your body starts deierately trying to store as much fat as possible and you slow down your metabolism, oh and you will feel like crud. Instead change what you eat, eat more fruits and veggies, eat natural foods, whole foods, whole grains etc. Run as fast as you can from anything artificial and processed, and avoid fast food. Eat 3 meals a day, eat them sowly, enjoy your food, enjoy preparing it, and give your body time to feel full and satified. You will be much less likey to snack by doing this. 3 healthy satisfying meals a day will make you feel good, and give you proper amounts of energy and vitamins and mineral etc etc. Next excersize. In order to loose weight you have to expend more calories then you intake. Traditional dieting does this by cutting your daily intake, but we have already discussed why this does not work. Instead, up the amount of calories you burn by doing excersize. Personally, I say join a class, it gives you a set time you have to go and work out instead of trying to do it at home and then you end up using the I never have time excuse. Find excersize you enjoy, and try to do a blend of strengthening and cardio. You can do yoga, pilates, aerobics, spin class, walk, jog, ti-bo, martial arts, jazzercise, weight training, the possibilities are almost endess so find something you like and you will keep doing it. Hope you found this helpful!

Yes i try pills and i dont know if its effective. it also cost me so much. With my eating habits, i always eat fruit and veggies but sometimes i cant control myself eating pork but instead i limit myself in pork like if we have barbecue in our meal, instead of pigging in barbecue, ill just eat 1 pc. Sometimes i only 1 heavy meal like on my lunch, i have 1 cup of rice the morning and evening, i only have bread and juice. I always love walking but sometimes i sweat like a pig. hihi.

First diet products don't work or aren't safe. You need to analyze your eating habits and change them. With me, I gained because I ate to much fat and pasta. I cut back on the butter and olive oil and cooked a smaller portion of pasta. I lost almost all I need to loose. I have 10 pounds to go, but it's still coming off slowly. You can eat anything you want once in a while, but keep it in moderation. This means you can have a slice of birthday cake at a party. One slice, not 5.
