Last night, we went to a University of Arkansas football game. It was the opening game of the season. SOOO much fun. My husband and I took our son and his best friend. We danced to the band, and cheered until we were all hoarse this morning. Midway through the game, the guys went to the concession stand and came back with hotdogs for Bess and I. Oh my word! It was so good. And I don't know why, because it was just an all-beef hot dog with a little mustard and ketchup on it. nothing special, and the bun was soggy from being in the warmer. But despite this, it was the best thing I'd eaten all day!Can anyone tell me why a hot dog seems to taste better at an outdoor event such as a county/state fair, a football or baseball game?
